Believe: My New Job

So, I worked on the Ask phase for several weeks, perfecting my image of My New Job, and describing all the important details I could think of.

The next step in the process is Believe.

This is an interesting step. At first, I began to think that I had to get busy and make the Ask phase happen myself. So, I began to look for jobs online - something that just turns my stomach. One of the things I learned while watching "The Secret" is that whatever I'm doing to move toward my goal should feel good. Since online job searching definitely didn't feel good, I decided to re-watch the video to get clarification on the Believe stage.

In watching the movie again, I learned that the universe will work on making this happen for me. My job is to keep my thoughts focused on what I WANT in my life, and to stay open to receiving it in whatever form the universe brings it to me - through another person, through a job posting I happen upon, or who knows!? For do-it-yourselfers, this is a real growth stage, as it seems you need to learn to allow something bigger than you are to take over and make things happen FOR you.

Okay, I'm focusing on Believing what I Ask for, and daydreaming about my fabulous New Job! So excited.
